Initiate Your Request
Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original JW PEI packaging, including all dust bags and protective materials to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Items
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
